Srixon Q-Star UltiSpeed Golf Balls - White

Overview

The Srixon Q-Star UltiSpeed is a distance-focused golf ball designed to help players unlock more yards without sacrificing feel. Built around a redesigned FastLayer Core, it blends responsive energy with a soft, durable cover to create a balanced, all-around performer on every swing.

Key design features

• Maximized Distance: A high-speed core and aerodynamic design work together to promote longer, more consistent shots from tee to green.
• Advanced 338 Dimple Pattern: The 338-speed dimple layout minimizes drag, helping the ball launch higher and maintain flight stability through varying weather.
• Enhanced Feel & Control: The soft, thin cover pairs with a durable core to offer better greenside feel on approach shots and chips while preserving distance off the tee.
• Fast & Responsive Core: The Energetic Gradient Growth Core (EGG Core) is engineered to deliver speed with a soft, responsive feel at impact.
• Optimized for Fast Swing Speeds: Tailored for players who generate higher swing speeds seeking extra yardage without losing control.

Real-world use and benefits

In practice, UltiSpeed aims to deliver a confident strike with a smooth impact feel. Golfers may notice a higher launch and stable trajectory, especially in breezy conditions, while still enjoying a soft touch around the greens.

Use cases include:

• Long, penetrating tee shots with a stable flight path.
• Solid approach shots where feel matters on longer irons and short game.
• Greenside control when dialing in spin and distance on chips.

Course-ready expectations

Expect a distance-focused ball that still respects control and feel. The combination of a fast core, smart dimple geometry, and a thin cover can offer a versatile option for those seeking yardage without sacrificing touch.
