Why customers choose Golfavero

Upgrade your EZ-GO TXT golf cart with the RHOX Red Hawk BOX-118 Utility Box Mounting Kit. It is built to support RHOX steel, aluminum, poly, or thermoplastic boxes, delivering a clean, professional finish that lasts through daily use and outdoor conditions. Designed for EZ-GO TXT models from 1996 onward, BOX-118 offers a dependable mounting point that helps your storage box stay aligned and secure, even on rough terrain. This kit is purpose driven rather than a generic fit, pairing with compatible RHOX boxes and EZ-GO frames to provide consistent alignment, straightforward maintenance, and a tidy, integrated look as you add storage to your cart.

Why it matters

Having a dedicated mounting kit reduces guesswork during installation and helps you avoid loose fittings that can rattle or shift with activity. The BOX-118 system is designed to deliver reliable fitment, so you can focus on your ride and your gear rather than the hardware.

  • Replaces OEM BOX-118 to restore a secure mounting point
  • Compatible with RHOX steel, aluminum, poly, and thermoplastic boxes
  • Designed for EZ-GO TXT 96+ models for a precise, quiet fit

What you get and how it helps

  • Mounting brackets for stable attachment
  • Hardware and latch kit included for a complete install
  • Shipped as a standalone kit or as part of complete utility box kits

Real world use shows the BOX-118 delivering practical benefits: easier installation, more reliable box stability, and a clean appearance that blends with the cart’s exterior. While not a guarantee, these elements are typical outcomes when the kit is paired with the right RHOX box and EZ-GO chassis. For those upgrading an older mounting setup or adding a dedicated storage box to help organize tools and gear, BOX-118 offers a solid foundation to build on.
