Meet the OTB Sol from the Mini Stamp Tour Series

The OTB Sol ESP is an intentionally understable midrange designed to help players experiment with gentle turnover and hyzer flip shots. Crafted in Discraft ESP premium plastic, it balances a soft feel in the hand with durability that handles regular practice. This is a Special Edition run from Only The Best Discs, with the stamp and colorways occasionally varying by batch.

Flight profile and plastic details

The Sol is widely regarded for its forgiving, low-speed behavior. In its flight numbers, it sits at speed 4, glide 5, turn -3, with a fade of 0. That combination often yields a right-turning progression after release, making it a strong option when you want a reliable turnover without a heavy fade at the end.

  • Understable midrange ideal for learning hyzer flip techniques and controlled turnovers
  • ESP premium plastic provides durability and consistent flight paths even after impact
  • Distinctive swirl visuals and a collectible stamp enhance bag appeal

Where it shines in real-world play

Use the Sol when you need a shot that turns to the right with minimal fade, whether your tee shot or approach curve needs a gentle, progressive turn. Its slower speed helps with control, making it approachable for new players while offering useful options for seasoned players building turnover lines.

  • Hyzer flip to flat and continue right for longer turnover lines
  • Reliable option for practicing straight-to-right turnover without a strong fade
  • Useful as a midrange option for designing subtle routes around obstacles

Edition notes and care tips

This release from Only The Best Discs is part of a special run, with stamp artwork and colorways that may vary. ESP plastic resists wear well, so you can expect the Sol to hold its flight path longer after repeated use. Keep it clean and dry for the best grip and consistent throws.
