Innova Halo Star Beast Disc Golf Driver – Long Distance (165-169g)

Overview

Meet the Innova Halo Star Beast, a driver designed to blend distance with control. Built on Halo Star technology, it uses a distinct two-tone injection that creates a vivid halo rim against the flight plate. The result is a durable disc with a striking look you can trust on the course as it sails down the fairway.

Flight performance at a glance

The Halo Star Beast carries a solid flight profile that appeals to a wide range of players. With a speed rating around 10 and a glide rating of 5, this disc is built for long, accurate throws that maintain momentum through the air and finish with a predictable fade. The setup also delivers a gentle turn early in flight, which helps shape reliable lines when you’re aiming for turnover shots or controlled power.

• Glide and stability: more sustained flight than a standard Star disc, with a controlled finish.
• Overstable feel: helps resist oscillation in light headwinds for smoother optics and confidence on release.
• Durable construction: Halo two-tone rims are designed to stand up to practice sessions and rounds alike.

Who should consider it

• Turnover distance drivers looking for a forgiving path to the basket
• Tailwind players who want stable distance without sacrificing control
• Beginners seeking more distance with a predictable, controllable finish
• Players who enjoy a visually distinctive disc that stands out in the bag

Color, feel, and usage notes

Color variation is part of the Halo Star appeal, thanks to the two-tone injection process that creates a bold halo rim and a contrasting flight plate. The color palette can vary between throws, making each disc a unique piece of gear. The overall feel is comfortable in the grip, supporting clean releases and consistent lines across different throwing styles.
