MindSet: A Mindful Approach to Golf Performance

The Bridgestone Golf Prior Generation Tour B RX MindSet merges advanced ball design with a simple mental routine. The MindSet feature acts as a visual cue, helping you move from overthinking to smooth execution, backed by professional insight and on-course feedback.

The three-step MindSet routine

  • Step One — Identify Your Target: Gather essential information—distance to the target, wind conditions, and the right club choice.
  • Step Two — Visualize the Shot Path: Envision the motion and trajectory, connecting your plan with the target.
  • Step Three — Focus on the Dot: Maintain a clear focus on the green dot, stay connected to the target, and execute the plan.

These steps are reinforced by a visual cue on the ball itself, designed to prompt a consistent pre-shot routine without adding complexity to your swing.

Performance and design benefits

  • The Tour B RX MindSet aims to support increased ball speed off the tee for potential distance gains, while promoting precise contact on approaches.
  • HIT & SIT performance on approach shots is highlighted as part of the ball’s design, helping you dial in yardage more confidently.
  • Ideal for players with swing speeds under 105 MPH seeking additional distance without sacrificing control.

Endorsements from the professional circuit add context: Jason Day helped in MindSet’s development and plays the MindSet-equipped Tour B RX in competition, while Fred Couples has used Tour B RX on tour. Bridgestone remains a leading ball fitter in golf, known for tailoring choices to different swing profiles.

Who should consider the MindSet Tour B RX?

  • Players with swing speeds under 105 mph looking for extra distance and improved on-target performance.
  • Golfers who want a repeatable, mental-first pre-shot routine that complements a physical swing.

In short, MindSet invites a measured, visualization-rich approach to the game, pairing a distinctive cue with proven performance traits to help you play with more intention on the course.
