Why customers choose Golfavero

Meet the Axiom Discs Fission Crave, a fairway driver designed for precise, predictable throws. Available in 150-155g, with colors that vary by run, the Crave combines a comfortable grip with a profile that feels natural in the hand. The familiar “worn workhorse” vibe is balanced by modern materials to deliver a reliable on-course experience.

Key on-course qualities

  • Stable yet forgiving: The Crave maintains a straight flight path with a controllable finish, ideal for accuracy on tight fairways.
  • Comfortable grip and feel: Subtle wing contours provide a confident purchase in the hand, reducing punishment on late releases.
  • Dual-color style: Visual appeal that stands out in the basket and on the practice pad.
  • Weight range and versatility: 150–155g options support a variety of throwing styles and wind conditions.

Fission technology and construction

  • Fission Plastic introduces an ultralight core via Microbubble Technology, evenly distributing weight for a lighter disc without sacrificing stability.
  • The ultralight core allows a higher GYRO overmold density relative to the core, helping balance control with weight in the lighter classes.

Specs and certification

  • Speed 6.5 | Glide 5 | Turn -1 | Fade 1; 16.5 mm class.
  • PDGA approved for professional play across sanctioned events.
  • Weight: 150–155g; Colors may vary by run.

Practical use cases

  • Long straight tunnels: use Crave to punch lines and land clean approaches.
  • Wind-prone days: the stable flight helps you hold your line in gusts.
  • Practice and warm-ups: consistent release and feel support repeatable throws.

Whether you’re refining your fairway game or seeking a dependable partner for mid-range approaches, the Crave offers a practical blend of stability, feel, and style without making promises about outcomes. Consider it as a versatile option that could fit your disc-golf toolkit.
