Rear axle bearings and seals are the classic cart maintenance item. A leaking seal contaminates the brake shoes, so the two jobs almost always come together. The RXV arrived in 2008 with an AC drivetrain and a motor-braking system that has no direct TXT equivalent.

Fitment and sizing. Fits EZGO RXV 2008 and up. RXV rear axle, brake and body parts do not interchange with TXT. Bearings and seals are sold in axle-side sets. Replace both sides at once — if one has failed the other is the same age.

Why is my golf cart leaking oil near the rear wheel?

Almost always a failed axle seal. Left alone, gear oil reaches the brake shoes and they need replacing too.

Why won't TXT parts fit my RXV?

The RXV uses a different rear end, a different braking approach and different body mounting points. Only truly universal accessories — fans, mirrors, cup holders, covers cut for both — cross over.
