Golfavero Return and Refund Policy

At Golfavero, we are committed to your satisfaction and confident that you will enjoy our premium golf products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return and refund policy to assist you throughout the process.

Return Window

You may return most items purchased from Golfavero within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. For customers in the European Union, we also honor the mandatory 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories should be included.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.

Return Process

Seller-Fault Return Reasons

If your return is due to a seller fault, such as:

  • Incorrect or wrong item sent
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Missing parts or accessories

We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure a prompt replacement or full refund.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at golfavero@gmail.com with a description of the damage as well as photo evidence. Issues reported after 7 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for resolution.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized golf clubs and equipment
  • Opened golf balls or related consumable accessories
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process first. Once your original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be completed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
