Axle shafts are replaced after a spline strips or a bearing failure scores the shaft. They are sold per side and by model, and the bearing and seal usually go in at the same time. TXT is the EZGO everyone means when they say 'EZGO'.

Fitment and sizing. Fits EZGO TXT. Many TXT parts also fit the 1994–2001 Medalist. TXT and RXV are different platforms — do not cross-shop between them. Order by cart, year and drive type. Electric and gas axles are not always the same part number even on the same model.

Is the EZGO Medalist the same as a TXT?

Close. The Medalist (1994–2001) shares the frame and much of the drivetrain with the early TXT, so a lot of parts are listed as fitting both. Body trim and later electrical parts differ.
