Cart brakes are drum brakes on nearly every model, and the wear items are the shoes, the springs and the self-adjusting hardware. Kits that include the spring set save the usual second order. The RXV arrived in 2008 with an AC drivetrain and a motor-braking system that has no direct TXT equivalent.

Fitment and sizing. Fits EZGO RXV 2008 and up. RXV rear axle, brake and body parts do not interchange with TXT. Brake hardware is year-specific — Club Car changed the DS brake design in 1995 and the RXV uses motor braking rather than a conventional drive-axle brake.

Why won't TXT parts fit my RXV?

The RXV uses a different rear end, a different braking approach and different body mounting points. Only truly universal accessories — fans, mirrors, cup holders, covers cut for both — cross over.
