Build quality and design

The housing base and cover cap are crafted from a special plastic that stays lightweight while resisting deformation. This design helps maintain a secure seal and guides the incoming air precisely where it’s needed, keeping the filter element properly positioned as you ride.

How it helps your ride

The combined cover cap and dedicated housing reduce the chance of rainwater intrusion and debris around the filter area. A well-sealed setup supports more consistent airflow under varying loads, contributing to smoother starts and improved engine breathing in different environments. Benefits described here are potential outcomes and depend on maintenance and operating conditions.

Maintenance and care

  • Regularly inspect the edge of the filter cover cap for warping or cracks.
  • Check the housing base around the fixing screw holes for signs of wear.
  • Replace parts if warping or cracks are observed to maintain a proper seal.
  • Store or package components as delivered to prevent transit damage before installation.

Installation and compatibility

Designed to fit EZGO models with 1994–2005 295cc engines and aligned with OEM numbers listed above. The kit’s straightforward assembly supports quick maintenance or replacement during routine service stops.
