ZivPlay Club Car DS Windshield 1982–2000.5 | Foldable Tint, UV Protection & Impact‑Resistant PC Shield

Upgrade your Club Car DS with a durable windshield

Designed for classic Club Car DS models from 1982 through 2000.5, this windscreen merges rugged 4mm PC glass with a clear, distortion-free view. It’s built to stand up to daily uses—from buzzing neighborhood runs to weekend trips—while maintaining a crisp, glass-like appearance. The tinted surface helps reduce glare and eye fatigue on bright days, and the UV protection helps keep the interior from sun exposure over time.

Key benefits

• Compatibility with straight-frame DS models (1982–2000.5); tapered 2000.5+ frames are not supported.
• 4mm PC glass that is 14x stronger than typical acrylic, delivering sturdy protection with a clear view.
• Tinted surface provides UV protection and anti-glare performance for bright sun.
• 92% transparency helps maintain visibility while resisting yellowing and clouding over time.
• Fold-down design enables airflow on hot days or can stay upright to shield against dust and debris.
• Easy 5-minute setup with pre-drilled pockets and no tools required, making replacement simple.
• Protective packaging includes 360-degree foam and a scratch-preventing film for safe transit.

Real-life usage

• On sunny mornings, fold down to enjoy a refreshing breeze while keeping a clear line of sight.
• During dusty drives, keep the windshield upright to shield from wind-driven debris without sacrificing visibility.
• Long weekend rides benefit from glare control and steady visibility, even under changing light conditions.
