Why customers choose Golfavero

Meet the Voolex 48V Golf Cart Charger, a compact and rugged solution designed to replenish EZGO lead acid batteries quickly and safely after a round of golf or a busy day. With a 15A current and an 800W peak output, it delivers steady power while staying mindful of battery health. The unit is built to handle outdoor settings, from bright sunlit sheds to damp garages, making battery care simpler for seasonal use and everyday charging alike.
Charging is not just about power delivery. Voolex employs a temperature compensated algorithm that adjusts charging parameters in real time based on battery conditions. This adaptive approach aims to provide faster energy replenishment without overheating, while remaining reliable across a wide operating range that covers hot summer days and frosty mornings. Expect charging sessions that feel smooth and controlled, even when ambient temperatures swing.

Adaptive charging for reliable power

  • 800W peak output with 15A current for rapid top offs
  • Temperature aware adjustments that protect against heat buildup
  • Wide operating range suitable for diverse climates and sheds
In addition to fast charging, Voolex offers intelligent charging and maintenance that can extend battery life. The charger supports bulk, absorption, float, balance, and maintenance modes. This multi stage approach helps mitigate common issues like sulfation while balancing cell voltages over time. When the battery reaches full charge, the unit automatically shifts to a low power maintenance mode to reduce overcharge risk during storage or long idle periods.

Intelligent charging and maintenance

  • Prevents sulfation and maintains cell balance
  • Automatic transition to a maintenance state after full charge
  • Ideal for seasonal storage or long standby periods
Durability matters for outdoor charging, and Voolex rises to the challenge. The charger is IP65 rated, protecting the enclosure against dust intrusion and low pressure water jets. A compact, efficient cooling system keeps the unit cool without loud fans, making it suitable for outdoor sheds, damp garages, or dusty work spaces. For convenience, the design includes a corrosion resistant 3 pin triangular plug and tangle free cables, along with an ergonomic handle for easy transport.

Rugged design and easy use

The IP65 weatherproof housing and smart cooling system help ensure reliable operation in a variety of environments, while spark proof connectors support safe plug in every time.

Universal compatibility and ease of transport

Designed to fit EZGO RXV and TXT models and other 48V golf charger systems with matching ports, the Voolex charger provides a secure and portable charging solution for lead acid batteries. The compact form and portable accessories make it a practical addition to outdoor charging stations or garage setups.
