Overview

The Vkinman 36V 5-Pin controller replacement is designed to refresh EZGO Medalist and TXT carts built between 1994 and 2019. This connector supports multiple variant numbers (25864G03 through 25864G09, with cross references like 1206-4301 and CP28349-G01RB) to help you find a matching fit without changing the entire controller assembly. The result is a dependable upgrade that helps maintain smooth electrical contact and easier upkeep during routine maintenance.

Durability and build quality

Crafted with a robust metal body, the connector is built to endure regular use, vibrations, and outdoor conditions common to golf carts. The five-pin design provides a stable electrical path, reducing the likelihood of intermittent connections that can occur with aged components.

What’s included

  • 1x 5-Pin Connector

Fitment and compatibility

Guaranteed as a replacement for EZGO Medalist and TXT models from 1994–2019. Before purchasing, compare your part number with the options listed (25864G03–25864G09, 25864G10, 1206-4301, CP28349-G01RB) to ensure an exact match. If you’re uncertain, contact us with details and we’ll help verify compatibility.

Real-world use ideas

Owners often encounter easier maintenance and faster service swaps when replacing older connectors. In daily club rides, neighborhood errands, or longer outings, a solid connector can contribute to steady performance and less downtime, allowing you to focus on the ride rather than on the wiring under the hood.

Installation tips

  • Power off the cart and isolate the battery before work
  • Handle the metal connector carefully to protect pins and contacts
  • Verify your part number and reach out with questions before or after purchase for guidance

Why consider this upgrade

This replacement offers a straightforward path to refreshed connections for widely used EZGO configurations. While results can vary by cart and setup, users may experience more reliable contact, easier troubleshooting, and a cleaner wiring layout when replacing worn components.
