Overview

Meet the RIZINKART foldable windshield, a rugged upgrade crafted for Club Car DS models from 1982 through 2000.5. Built with a 5mm thick professional-grade acrylic, it delivers impressive strength—up to 250 times the impact resistance of ordinary glass—while maintaining a clear, glass-like view. The windshield is tinted to reduce glare and filter UV rays, helping you enjoy the ride in comfort and style.

Key benefits at a glance

  • Heavy-Duty & Durable Design: 5mm acrylic construction provides robust stability against impacts and weathering, helping your cart stay protected on the course and beyond.
  • Resist All Elements: Shields you from rain, snow, wind-driven dust, and debris; up to 95% light transmission keeps visibility crisp in varied lighting.
  • Custom Fit: Precise injection-molded geometry aligns with 1"×1" upper and down straight rail systems for a snug, tool-free install in minutes.
  • Enhance Driving Experience: The foldable design lets you adjust airflow on hot days or close up for rain and cold, while the rugged build resists yellowing and corrosion over time.

Practical uses and real-life scenarios

Whether you’re cruising the fairways at sunrise, navigating misty pre-dawn greens, or tackling a light rain on your route, this windshield offers dependable protection without sacrificing visibility. The 39.76"×34.64" footprint is designed to fit Club Car DS models with standard 1"×1" rails, giving you a confident, factory-like fit right out of the box.

  • All-season protection for year-round golf cart use
  • Quick installation with no tools required
  • Easy maintenance and long-term clarity thanks to durable, anti-UV tint

What you get and maintenance tips

The windshield ships with pre-drilled holes and a straightforward instruction manual, enabling a swift setup in roughly five minutes. To keep the appearance and performance intact, wipe with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals that could affect the tint over time.
