Meet the Eclipse Glow 2.0 Glitch

The MVP Eclipse Glow 2.0 Glitch is a hybrid catch disc designed to bridge training and play. Weighing 155–160 grams, it blends forgiving handling with ample glide, making it a flexible companion for warming up, practicing, and enjoying casual rounds with friends.

Built to be part of every bag, the Glitch emphasizes a smooth, controllable flight path that helps you refine releases and angles while keeping the session light and fun. Its design invites players to experiment with different throws, from gentle tosses to longer, more confident releases, without sacrificing reliability.

Flight characteristics and visibility

The Glitch sits in the 7 mm class with a Speed 1, Glide 7, Turn 0, and Fade 0 profile. This combination yields a stable, user-friendly flight that rewards smooth timing and clean form. Eclipse Glow 2.0 is MVP’s premium glow material, delivering impressive daytime visibility and a strong glow at dusk or night, so you can practice or play when lighting shifts.

  • Key benefits: hybrid design suited for warm-ups and note-perfect practice, durable glow that stays bright over many sessions, and PDGA approval for official play.
  • Balanced performance: low speed paired with high glide makes it forgiving for beginners while still engaging for seasoned players seeking consistent accuracy.

Practical use cases

  • Warm up your body and angles before a round, easing into your throw rhythm.
  • Practice long, glidey putts and controlled approaches for scrambles or contested lines.
  • Enjoy casual play sessions to improve feel and consistency with a disc that’s easy to throw and fun to catch.
  • Use in backyard or park drills to reinforce grip, release, and flight timing without intense pressure.

The Eclipse Glow 2.0 material offers lasting visibility in daylight and at night, with durability to handle frequent drops and throws. PDGA approval confirms its suitability for professional-style play within sanctioned events. While the Glitch can be a powerful practice tool and a fun addition to rounds, actual results depend on technique, conditions, and practice time.
