Upgrade to a tougher, clearer shield for Club Car DS

The LEAPGOMAX 5 mm polycarbonate windshield is crafted for Club Car DS models from 1982 to 2000.5 that use a 1 inch straight struts rail. It emphasizes visibility, protection, and versatile use across seasons, offering a practical upgrade for daily rides on the course or around the neighborhood.

Designed with real-life use in mind, this windshield balances clarity with rugged durability. Its performance-oriented construction supports confident driving when paths are busy, weather shifts, or you simply want a more comfortable ride without sacrificing view.

Why choose the 5 mm PC windshield

• 5 mm polycarbonate delivers noticeably greater impact resistance than standard acrylic, helping maintain a clear view after bumps.
• Clear visibility remains a priority, supporting safe navigation on busy courses and uneven routes.

Durable folding hinge for flexible protection

• Heavy-duty hinges are built to endure over 100,000 folds, providing reliable half or full windshield configurations.
• Use as a partial shield for warm days or engage full protection during wind, rain, or chilly sessions.

Weather, glare, and UV defense

• Reduces glare and shields eyes from UV rays while minimizing dust intrusion and wind exposure.
• Maintains a clear field of vision across seasonal rides, with a surface designed for everyday use on the golf course or streets.

Easy installation and careful packaging

• Includes all mounting hardware and an instruction manual for quick, tool-free setup; no drilling required.
• Panels arrive with protective film and foam packing to prevent scratches in transit and during handling.

Compatibility note: Please verify rail style and tube size before purchasing to ensure a proper fit. This windshield is not designed for tapered rail styles.
