Why customers choose Golfavero

Meet the Innova Star Gorgon Distance Driver

The Gorgon blends the precision and ease of a fairway driver with the reach of a true distance disc. On the field or on the course, its feel in the hand, crisp release, and predictable finish work together to help you shape lines without overspending effort. Colors may vary by stock, giving you a chance to pick a look that matches your game and personality.

Flight characteristics you can feel

Flight numbers are speed 10, glide 6, turn -2, fade 1. This setup translates to an arrow-straight start that settles into a steady fade, helping you hold lines on tight fairways or push farther on open holes. Players often notice a confident, predictable path from release to finish, helping you plan distance and placement with fewer guesswork moments.

  • Arrow-straight initial glide with a reliable finish
  • Steady fade to anchor your lines through challenging gaps
  • Hybrid feel that combines fairway-like control with distance potential
  • Ideal for sneaky long drives and narrow fairways

Star plastic: grip, durability, and reliability

The Star blend emphasizes grip, longevity, and performance in varied conditions. It provides a confident, stable feel at release and maintains its shape through many rounds, making it a dependable choice for players who value consistency in weather and wear.

  • Grippy, reliable feel across multiple rounds
  • Durable construction that resists wear
  • Consistent performance from practice to game day

Colors will vary, so you may receive different colorways while enjoying the same dependable flight and feel.

Who should consider the Gorgon?

Players seeking a straight, controllable distance option for long holes, with the ability to thread narrow fairways, may find the Gorgon to be a versatile addition. It pairs well with a technique that emphasizes smooth releases and consistent tempo, offering possibilities rather than guarantees. Your results will depend on your throw, stance, and course conditions.
