Why customers choose Golfavero

Meet the Zone SS: a refined Zone-inspired putt and approach disc

The Zone SS takes the trusted Zone platform and reshapes it for players seeking a smoother, more versatile flight path. Weighing in at 170–172 grams, this disc delivers a straighter line with less pronounced fade, offering added glide and greater control on a wide range of shots. Disc color and foil will vary, giving each accessory a distinct aesthetic alongside its performance profile.

Designed for reliable touch and feel, the Zone SS aims to translate the familiar Zone experience into more workable, approachable flight. It’s built to respond consistently on shorter, more precise throws while still delivering the confidence needed for longer approaches and straight-flying drives. The result is a disc that can slot into a bag as a versatile option for players who want Zone-like reliability with a touch more glide.

Why players notice Zone SS

  • Stronger glide without adding excessive fade, aiding in longer approach shots
  • Straight flight that resists over-stability, improving accuracy in tight lines
  • Solid forehand and backhand utility for touch shots and controlled approaches
  • Versatile performance across putts, approaches, and straight drives

Real-world use cases

Use the Zone SS for touch forehands around obstacles, precise backhand approaches to tight pins, and straight-flying drives where the standard Zone might feel too overstable. Its stable yet forgiving flight can help you hold lines on open alleys and finish with a predictable, clean landing.

  • Forehand setups that require reliable control with a gentle finish
  • Short- to mid-range approaches where distance and accuracy matter
  • Open line drives where you want a straight, stable flight path
