CasCartCade EZGO Windshield Overview

Upgrade your EZGO ride with the CasCartCade golf cart windshield. This 3/16-inch (5mm) thick polycarbonate shield is built to handle daily adventures on the course and beyond. It is designed for EZGO TXT models from 1994 to 2013 and Medalist gas and electric carts that use 3/4-inch front rails, combining rugged construction with practical features that simplify installation and maintenance.

Key features and materials

  • 5mm polycarbonate panel offers strong visibility and improved impact resistance to deter minor dings from rocks, wind, and weather.
  • Upgraded 3rd-gen hinge is widened, thickened, and reinforced for durability during frequent folding and use.
  • Foldable design supports compact storage and easy operation when on the go.
  • Pre-installed clips speed up setup, reducing the number of separate parts you need to handle.
  • No drilling required with a straightforward, step-by-step installation guide for a clean fit.
  • Protective film guards against scratches during handling; simply remove after installation.

Compatibility and real-world use

  • Designed to fit EZGO TXT from 1994–2013 and Medalist carts with 3/4-inch rails.
  • Not compatible with 2014 and newer TXT models or other EZGO carts with different front rail dimensions.
  • Ideal for driving on breezy days, through light rain, or dusty courses, helping to create a more comfortable cockpit.

Real-world use cases include quick installation before a round, reliable wind and weather protection during a scenic cruise, and easy storage when the cart is parked for the day. The combination of the thick PC panel, reinforced hinge, and pre-installed clips provides a practical upgrade without permanent modification. If you need guidance during installation, support is available to help ensure a proper fit for your specific cart configuration.

What you get and care tips

In addition to the windshield, you receive a guide that outlines installation steps and care tips to keep the surface clear and scratch-free. For best results, remove the protective film after installation and wipe the panel with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to maintain clarity over time.
