Why customers choose Golfavero

Overview

Upgrade your EZGO RXV windshield with the CartClan Windshield Sash Clips Kit. Engineered for 2008 and newer RXV golf carts with a 1-1/4 inch square tube, this kit helps secure the folding windshield, reduces rattling, and minimizes glass damage from road vibration. When you’re on the move, a stable windshield can enhance visibility, comfort, and overall driving confidence.

Key benefits at a glance

  • Durable, rigid plastic construction designed to endure regular golf course and street use
  • Securely locks the folding windshield to prevent unwanted movement
  • Reduces operational noise and chatter during acceleration, turns, and bumps
  • Precise fit for EZGO RXV with 1-1/4 inch square tube (not compatible with EZGO TXT)

What’s included

  • 2x upper windshield latch, OEM 603198
  • 2x lower windshield latch, OEM 603201
  • 2x windshield attachment sash, OEM 603852
  • 2x grommet, OEM 604116
  • 2x windshield isolator, OEM 604115

Easy installation and reliable use

The kit is designed for straightforward replacement of worn or missing sash hardware. With clear components and a snug assembly, you can achieve a tidy, secure setup that holds steady through common driving conditions on the course or farm lanes. The inclusion of all required pieces means fewer trips to the parts counter and less guesswork about compatibility.

Real-world use scenarios

Picture cruising a sunlit fairway or a quiet neighborhood street where gusts sweep across the side. The sash clips keep the windshield steady, reducing chatter on uneven pavement. In windy conditions, the latch system helps maintain a stable panel for consistent visibility. The grommets and isolators work together to minimize vibration transfer to the glass, supporting a clean look and longer component life.

Compatibility and support

Designed specifically for EZGO RXV models from 2008 onward with a 1-1/4" square tube, this kit is not intended for EZGO TXT. CartClan backs the product with responsive support to help confirm fit before purchase and assist with setup if needed.
