Why customers choose Golfavero

Overview

The BestAccess EZGO RXV heavy duty leaf spring kit is engineered to upgrade the rear suspension on EZGO RXV golf carts from 2008 and newer. With a robust two-leaf design and a complete hardware package, this kit is built to handle heavier loads while maintaining a balanced, controlled ride on varied terrain.

Designed to work with standard and added weight from passengers or cargo, the kit aims to deliver steadier handling and improved response without sacrificing comfort. The use of rubber bushings is chosen to reduce squeaks and harshness, contributing to a smoother daily ride and more predictable behavior under load.

What’s included

  • 2 heavy-duty 2-leaf rear springs (EZGO RXV 2008 and up) — essential for improved load support
  • 4 large rubber bushings — designed to dampen motion and reduce noise
  • 4 small rubber bushings — add flex and longevity to the suspension
  • 4 metal spacers — help maintain proper alignment and fit
  • 2 u-bolts — for secure mounting and straightforward installation

Ride quality and real-world use

Replacing worn or undersized components with this heavy duty kit can contribute to steadier rides when the cart is carrying gear, groceries, or extra passengers. The rubber bushings can soften the feel of road irregularities, which may translate to less vibration and a more comfortable experience during routine tasks around a course or facility.

Compatibility and installation

This kit is designed as a direct replacement for OEM components on EZGO RXV carts from 2008 onward. Installation is straightforward for those familiar with basic suspension work, and the kit includes all necessary hardware. If questions arise during setup, BestAccess support is available for guidance. Returns or replacements are offered if the item does not meet expectations.
