Why customers choose Golfavero

Meet the Axiom Discs Proton Vanish, a distance driver designed for versatile control on windy days and calm mornings alike. Vanish sits near a stability threshold, offering a straight flight off a gentle release or in tailwinds, and leaning toward understability when you power up or throw into mild headwinds. This mid range stability places it between the Wave and Orbital in MVP Disc Sports’ lineup, giving players a reliable tool to shape lines and gain extra distance without overcorrecting.

Flight profile

  • Near straight to understable flight depending on power and wind, allowing for a forgiving but controllable path.
  • Mid stability in the 21 mm class, designed to enable long, predictable distances with a manageable finish.

Flight metrics and build

  • Speed 11 | Glide 5 | Turn -3 | Fade 2, providing a versatile mix of speed and turning tendency.
  • Proton plastic delivers a premium look, transparent candy colors, and robust performance in varied conditions.
  • PDGA approved for competitive play on standard courses.

Play scenarios and practical notes

  • Ideal for players seeking a straight-to-understable flyer that responds to power and wind, making it suitable for long-range shots and controlled fades.
  • Light-to-moderate winds may help the Vanish stay on a steady line, while stronger wind can reveal its understable potential for longer tunnel shots.

In practice, the Vanish offers a balanced option for players who want to push distance while maintaining line control. Colors vary by production run, and weights range from 170 to 175 grams. Consider it a versatile addition to your bag if you value a predictable, mid-stability driver that adapts to your power and the conditions.
