An enclosure turns an open cart into a usable vehicle in rain and cold. The important measurement is roof length — 54, 57 and 80 inch tops all take different enclosures, and passenger count changes the panel layout entirely. TXT is the EZGO everyone means when they say 'EZGO'.

Fitment and sizing. Fits EZGO TXT. Many TXT parts also fit the 1994–2001 Medalist. TXT and RXV are different platforms — do not cross-shop between them. Check your roof length and passenger count first. A 4-passenger enclosure will not close correctly on a 2-passenger cart even from the same manufacturer.

Measure the roof front-to-back along its centre line. Common sizes are 54", 57" and 80". Then count seats — 2-passenger and 4-passenger enclosures are cut differently.

Is the EZGO Medalist the same as a TXT?

Close. The Medalist (1994–2001) shares the frame and much of the drivetrain with the early TXT, so a lot of parts are listed as fitting both. Body trim and later electrical parts differ.
